How to Make Quick and Easy Vegetable Lo Mein !

Ingredients
2 broccoli crowns, chopped
16 oz bag frozen Asian vegetables
10 oz lo mein noodles
1 tbsp granulated sugar
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Pinch red pepper flakes
Neutral oil for cooking
Directions
1. Heat the oil in a skillet or wok over high heat. When hot, add in the broccoli and the frozen mixed vegetables and allow to cook for a few minutes.
2. In the meantime, mix together the sugar, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes for your sauce and start a large pot of water to boil for your noodles.
3. When the water boils, cook the noodles to package directions. When the vegetables are cooked to your liking, mix in the cooked noodles and the sauce.
4. Allow to cook together for a few minutes, and serve!
