It's refreshing to hear the other side of the story with these shoes. Everyone seems to be hyping them up YouTube. To me I'm thinking they're trying to solve a problem that doesn't exist. I've never had any issues wearing conventional shoes.

It’s crucial to ease into them and make sure to do foot strengthening exercises.
Otherwise it can it leads foot pain and fatigue.
Gotta reverse the how weak we’ve conditioned our feet to be from conventional shoes!

Good video! I've been wearing Brooks trainers for many years now. I also used to have problems with rolling my ankle (the worst time saw me using crutches for a week), but Brooks' shoe selector recommended one of their models which work perfectly for me: maximum cushion and maximum support.
