Alright quick tip, when you’re setting up for hamstring curls make sure to set the thigh pad as low as possible leaving no space between the pad and your thighs, then push yourself back into the seat to lock yourself in place. This will create much more stability during your set in order to most effectively target your hamstrings.

Lately I've been leaning forward on this machine and i hit way more the hamstrings.

Lean forward to stretch hamstrings at bottom

I usually lean all the way forward, gives you a way better stretch and then for my last set i will go back and use a bit of "hip action" to cheat out 2 or 3 more.
