1 cup sliced pineapple
1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cup milk
¼ cup pistachio
1 tbsp flax seed (optional)

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well.

Let’s make another high protein tropical smoothie without the protein powder. This pineapple pistachio smoothie is another one of my favorites. So easy to make and enjoy. Do not add the flax seed if you are not going to drink it immediately.
