The 14600k loses a little in performance, but it has better power consumption by 10-20% and better stability... a good processor.

Love your CPU testing! 1080P/Ultra settings is the best way to test CPUs IMO. Same motherboard, RAM, NVME, cooler and PSU. Can't get a closer like for like comparison than that! A lot of other reviewers/benchmarking are sometimes not even close to the same test setup. Noticed now you put up the AVG + 1% Low at the end now, nice job! Been watching your benchmarking for a few years now to get accurate comparisons. Well done.

14600k has at least always better 1% and 0.1% low. I think they improved the IMC in this useless 14000 series. It's the only encreased feature i think...(and bigger cache on 14700k)

Anyone who already has an Intel 13gen does not need an Intel 14gen. The 14gen should not be considered a new generation.

Hj em dia é dificil de entender qual é o melhor processador para jogos vendo apenas as specs dele, pq na teoria o 14600k era pra ser melhor tem mais clock e tals, mas n, qual o sentido disso eu n sei, se esses testes estao justo tbm n sei, mas se n me engano o 13700k tem alguns P CORE a mais, deve ser por causa disso

I am running 13700k rtx 4090 and at 1440p ultra and am getting more 144fps + so what settings are different to be getting far less at 1080p?

My i5-13600KF (with RTX4090) PowerConsumtion in this Starfield-szene is only 67W (and the CPU-Usage is never more than 60%)…i have always more than 110 FPS…
