Man I wish I could have run a 10.90. I was fast as hell but lacked any discipline and had no coaching. I got to 11.6 my freshman year of HS and never got back to it. My daughter was really talented (more than me) and I tried to get her to realize her skills rather than wasting them but the apple didn't fall far from the tree. I really admire people who worked hard and got to that next level, whether it got them some big reward or not. Just to actually be the best you could be would have been awesome.

That start and drive phase is solid man. Form is also great from what I see. Hopefully 10.5 or lower is next.

Good job I remember when i finally cracked tens I was 17. I had to slow down my start and learn to gain more speed maintenance.

Keep going man ❤️ btw one thing I wanted to ask that I was very good at sprinting when I was like 10-13 years of age and used to run faster than people 2-3 years older than me I was completely genetically gifted but after that I focused on books and studies and didn't sprinted AT ALL for 4 years..I started working out a few months back and found out that My Natural Born Talent in sprinting has fade away..Can u pls suggest me will it ever come back pls reply 😭😭😭

This looks so easy like i could do it now, that's why they should keep a average person to compete so we can understand how hard and good the professionals are

What are some tips to keep the drive phase for as long as possible? I don’t find easy to have my shins parallel with my upper body for a longer period of time.

Good form 👏 but try as much as you can to be more relaxed during top speed. There was a lot of lateral head movements and tension that didn’t allow full extension of your muscles. So try to work on that and the sky is your limit💯
I know it can be difficult to be calm and relaxed when you’re trying to put in so much force to run faster. But consistent practice is key 🔑
