I have passed every make and model stranded on the side of the road. You know what brand I haven't seen?
Lexus.
ALL my Lexus vehicles went 350k+ miles and sold each of them for $5k each when done. Of course I have 14 or so oages of documented maintenance records basic like oil change, oil and waterr pump change at 200k shocks etc. I just seen my old Lexus in town running around still.
Keep up the maintenance and it'll take care of you.

Not a chance Joe. Lexus is luxury and dependability. Ford can make cool cars, but they have a lot of issues.
