Today's call with the scammers resulted in some scammer rage! The scam these guys are running is the Amazon refund where they pretend to give you money in order to over pay you. Once your bank shows the added money they want you to return the extra with gift cards!

I know very little about computers. I'm 69 years old. But watching these scam video is teaching me what to watch out for. It's scary what these scammer can do. Thank you guys for the effort you put into this. I love it when you call the victim and stop the scam.

It always boggles my mind how scammers have the nerve to get all crazy, swear and complain when they know they're being messed with and say "you are not a real person" . Are they not pretending to be Americans working for a real company offering a real service, and instead stealing peoples money, and that's okay? They really are living in their own world. The best thing is when Pierogi tells them their exact location and shirt color. : >D The subtitles are great also.

I so wish I'd seen this last year. I was targeted by these scammers recently and was taken in at first, but in fact my low skills on computers actually helped me! I didn't lose any money and suddenly realised these people were posing as Amazon Prime agents. Bravo for being a thorn in the side of those bastards!

When they get angry they do redirecting thinking errors. You are good with redirecting them back to the issue. It is fun to watch. Reminds me of when I worked in prison and how inmates try to gain control over you but when you do not react to their anger engagement they realize they have no control they lose their mind. You stay in complete control. I love it when you point out their disrespect in their own language. They cannot hide anymore

.I almost fell victim twice once for the Amazon and that was because I just put in an order. I watched your videos and you saved me. The other was the Microsoft one. I've learned to read the e-mails to see how they're written you catch all the errors in the way they write and the spelling. So God Bless for all that you do for educating and saving victims. Not all hero's wear capes.
