I've had tinnitus since 1981 and it drove me crazy for years until I decided that every time I became acutely aware of it, I would see that as a reminder for me to get back on my path in life. Now, I either ignore it or use it as inspiration. The human brain is an amazing tool if we just give ourselves permission to use it.

Yes. I found out I have tinnitus in my 30s. I realized I had it all my life, and thought everyone hears sounds in their head. It never bothered me. It was a part of my life like blindness for a child born without eyesight.

I find Extremely hard to ignore tinnitus have tried everything from acupuncture, hearing aids tried with white and pink noise masking .. somedays Extremely loud ... need suggestions to help coping with ...going on 13 years
