This screencast accompanies our alpha.22 release, which is part of Angular 2 developer preview (pre-beta). It shows how to get started from an empty directory, and build a simple Angular 2 demo.

Alex Eagle is a developer on the Angular team, working mostly on our TypeScript tooling.

How would angular 2.0 & polymer 1.0 co-exist together? Both have view layers and other things, any comments?

I love the old version of angular but, please, stop complicating the live of programmers. Software development has reached a point of complexity and inmaturity that is ridiculous.

So if you are learning Angular 1x, is it better to just stop now and learn Angular2?

nice to see the collaboration but if you're not going to actually do a tutorial, there's not much point in the video.

Too much "copy this file from this pre-created folder that i happen to have" and "I won't explain what this syntax means - if you haven't seen this before then rtfm blah blah blah"
