I'm so grateful for this video! I don't use Affinity too often, but every couple of months I need a refresher on how to do this and I'm always so grateful to review this video. It works like a charm! Thank you for posting!

I really like your tutorials because you make me see things in a whole new way. Essentially how not to knock myself out when I can do things in a more efficient manner. I have a follow up question for you. I have some photos that are very much in the street photo style but I hate the backgrounds. That's why gaussian blur is my friend. How would you suggest taking out the crap from the backgrounds but making it surreal or less crappy?

Sorry, aber ich denke, es ist so einiges unlogisch! Der Schattenwurf ist nicht logisch...Sonne links und der Schatten ist gegenüber? Und es sieht so aus, als wären mehrere Sonnen im Umlauf...

You did your work very fast and when you showed before and after there was almost no difference. That is primarily because you opacity was set to less than 35%.. It would have been more instructional if you had gone to an extreme for both brushes first and worked your way back to an exception tone.

Sorry, but I think it's so illogical! The shadow throw is not logical ... sun left and the shadow is opposite? And it looks as if several suns are circulating ...
