Philadelphia's most wanted: 10 suspects sought for homicides | FOX 29 News Philadelphia

Philadelphia law enforcement are still on the hunt for nearly a dozen suspects wanted in connection to homicides dating back several years.

DA Larry Krasner released the names of 10 fugitives during a press conference with Pennsylvania Sen. Art Haywood and the Philadelphia Sheriff's Department Tuesday morning.

There are no pictures because this press conference is for the purpose of pretending to want to put violent offenders in prison. The killer they caught traveling downtown was roaming the city because he knew no one was looking for him. People who rob banks and people who shoot cops expect law enforcement to be looking for them therefore you will not catch them outdoors enjoying a summer day. So what is it about these particular murders that these people don't feel the need to hide somewhere? My guess is the killers got the memo that law enforcement doesn't want them. I would also add most killers don't do prison time once they get in front of a judge because the judges and Krasner don't have a success rate in getting murder charges to stick. These people with no resources with a 3rd grade education seem to beat the system like millionaires. Question, anybody ever wonder why law enforcement never depend on the public's help to arrest drug dealers? There is a 100% success rate as the prisons are overcrowded with those offenders while the killers with a 3rd grade education are outsmarting people with elite levels of education. Things that make you say hmm?
