FBI removes Valley man off Most Wanted list after 18 years of no sightings

He is alive and well. He was spotted at the Clarion Hotel sharing a hotel room with another guy who had AZ plates. He was helping the guy who had Medical issues, but Jason was driving a Red Ford SUV with tinted windows. He was friendly and said he owned a gold equipment company and that he was from the OC near Laguna. He surfed every day in Nov. 2019 when I was there for a 3 months. He was friendly and bothered no one.
