I live in Ohio in a poor black neighborhood. I don’t blame anyone for wanting to live in a white neighborhood at all. They are safer. The people are much less violent. I go out of my where are you to drive to a better part of town because restaurants are better . Even clerks and pharmacist at drug stores treat their customers better. I really think the violence and poor attitudes towards others is cultural. This is my observation and black communities need to address this.

Philadelphia has a Democrat for mayor and 14 of 17 city Councillors are Democrats. IOW the Democrats could pass any legislation they want to fix the problems in Philly. The fact that Philly works this way means that this is the way Democrats want Philly to be.
