Climb is inlove with a girl who is secret a psycho, and here he is being trained by someone who appears nice but is the #1 servant of an evil world-slaying Overlord.

Overlord is basically teaching people all about life/death even if you're not noticing it. Ainz's against the sunlight scripture is an example the more you fight death the more painful it will be. and in this video Sebas is basically talking about holding onto life and how it takes strength to truly get through it. also implying having someone special can help you be stronger/live harder which is true.
