This scene skipped a small part of the novel;

In the light novel, the guy with the bendy sword calls his attack something similar to one of Touch Me's (Sebas Creator)

Sebas actually thought that this guy would cut through reality just like Touch Me can, thus, Sebas puts up his guard, but when he saw that all he did was make his sword bendy, he felt like the guy insulted his creator by daring to call his attack that despite being inferior

So it was 2 of them who insulted Supreme Beings in Sebas' eyes
