the insane damage on the scrapped cama ult reminded me of release Achilles who could kill with his ult even if the Target is not in execute range because of the insane damage it did back then

Neith gets to hit anybody she wants with her Ultimate, so it wouldn't be unfair to let Mercury have a similar ability. All you gotta do is make it to where he will dash all the way to his target and attack before returning to the starting point where he activated his ultimate.

Maybe I'm crazy but I'm pretty sure Fen does have a combo point system, except it's just x does more damage with 5 points.
