1. The animals feel happy and proud. They finish the work faster and better without the humans.
2. Snowball and Napoleon become leaders. They tell the other animals what to do while they watch.
3. Boxer works more than anyone. His motto shows he always wants to help the farm do better.
4. Snowball makes groups, but most don’t work well. The ideas fail.
5. Napoleon tries to get more power while Snowball makes plans for the farm. Napoleon takes the puppies to secretly train them.
6. The pigs want animals to learn to read, but most can’t. Only the pigs can read well.
7. Squealer says the pigs need the milk and apples to stay smart and lead the farm.
8. The sheep say, “Four legs good, two legs bad, ” which helps the pigs control the other animals.
9. The pigs start breaking the rules by keeping things like milk and apples for themselves.
10. It means animals are good, and humans are bad. It’s easy to remember for all the animals.
