Ingredients:

For the dough:

all purpose flour 500 g,
powdered sugar 100 g,
vanilla sugar 16 g,
salt 1/2 teaspoon,
baking powder 2 teaspoons,
butter 250g, unsalted, cold,
5 egg yolks,
sour cream 3 tablespoons (or whipping/double cream)

For the fruit layer:

plums 900 g,
cornstarch 1 tablespoon,
semolina/cornmeal 2-3 tablespoons

For the meringue:

5 egg whites,
vinegar 1 teaspoon,
sugar 200 g, add gradually,
red jelly powder 35 g (you can replace with cornstarch),
vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
