I think i know what happened to the house and the magic! The family is splitting apart and kinda having their own mental problems, so thats where mirabel comes in. Mirabel is actually a gift. Its her job to connect the family and help them with their emotional breakthroughs. There was a theory showing one side of the family wore cold colours (blue, green, purple) and the other warm colours (yellow, orange red). Mirabel has both because she connects the family and helps to keep the house, magic and the family safe! So by helping the family through their problems (in their songs) shes helping them with their problems, and helping the family reunite! BOOM!

This movie is based on Colombia which is where I’m from so I’m glad that Disney and other companies have been designing movies on different countries like Coco is based on Mexico and Luca is based on Italy
