Thanks for the video! My college trig class introduced a new constant... which was just pointless and confusing... this simplified it up a lot, and i still get the same answer that are in the back of the book. Hopefully this helps on my Trig Final tomorrow..

This is good but you missed one important part. For a general complex number a + i b set
r = sqrt(a^2 + b^2) and θ = atan(b/a). Then proceed as described.
