There was a pretty powerful move that Luffy used on Crocodile during their rematch named "Gum Gum Shotgun" where it started off like Pistol but he sprung his arm to make it similar to gatling but with one hand.
Edit: gum gum storm was the finishing move Luffy used on crocodile, he used shotgun during the 2nd fight where he became water luffy
