zoro: might’ve escaped but likely dead
nami: ngl she might’ve ended her life in the cutting her arm scene since she had nothing left
sanji: mihawk would’ve arrived ended don krieg so sanji would be alright, maybe injured but won’t die
chopper: still with kurena, likely finished drug and taken down wapol after using monster point out of desperation
robin: dead from crocodile’s betrayal
franky: killed but would’ve destroyed pluton blueprints
brook: stuck still
jimbei: also stuck still

If luffy actually never have been a pirate the situation in baratie would most likely different, which means Mihawk would've probably continued hunting Don Krieg's crew since Zoro wasn't there to duel Mihawk.

I agree on all but jimbei, blackbeard was going for luffy and was only on that island as a stop along the way, so no luffy to go after, ace doesnt find them, ace isnt captured, jimbei doesn't rebel

I think of Sanji surviving in baratie, Remember Goat Hawk, he would've wiped them as he wanted, BUT he isn't safe at all, most likely Sanji woul've been found by Vinsmoke/ BM pirates so he marries Pudding but at the end the Vinsmokes are dead including Sanji as it was planned, or maybe he would've never been found and lived working in Baratie or he convinces Pudding that he is a good man and fall in love
