After a night of listening to this I felt a shift in my thinking upon wakening. This hypnosis is powerful, the subliminals were exactly what I need in my subconscious to combat the anxiety I feel in social situations. This is my new “go-to” from now on❤️❤️

A few good questions. My son never lets me sleep 8 hours. So the question asked if it were possible to have the same effect for 5 or 6 hours? Also, I noticed the one time I did sleep the 8 hrs and woke up to the end when it says to wake up, i felt wonderful! Was that because the video ended, and wasn't interrupted? Or was that simply because I got a few hrs extra sleep?

I have researched on the genetics of baldness. I have found that a hormone DHT & PGD2 stop blood circulation to the scalp & hair follicles stop growing.
