Been getting these for the last couple of years now. The best ones are when they sell them uncut, so I cut to the thickness I like. I also find they have much more marbling. Enjoy!

I had my local butcher make me some ‘warrior mix’ 3kg of fattiest mince they do with 300g of liver and 700g of heart great way to get some organ meats in as they are an essential on carnivore great to see a uk carnivore channel keep up the good work

Great video, thanks. I'm new to all this and ribeye and sirloin are my favourite! Being chronically ill for last 6 years I have a low income surprise surprise so I'm on the hunt for most affordable steak options as I struggle with minced beef a bit!
I presume they are predominantly grass fed if they're uk cows from what I'm gathering?
Also may i ask how you store them and how long they last in fridge?

You should get wooden plates and use a boning knife to cut your steak. Makes the eating experience easier
