You shouldn't get cage free or free range, you should get Pasture Raised eggs only. They're given 108 square feet per hen and have 24/7 access to outside. Cage free gives like 1.2 square feet per hen, free range gives like 2 square feet per hen but they have some outdoor access but it is limited by a fence.

Resoftening bread is way quicker and less energy intensive in the microwave than the oven. Rinse the bread and sometimes I use a wet paper cloth to cover. Takes 15-30s. If you microwave for much longer it gets crispy.

Awww. I was watching for a hack for opening the produce bags. I already knew about the microwave hack.

Produce bag hack - lick the edge of index finger and rub the bag between finger and thumb and it will open right up. If there is lettuce or carrots or herbs to hand, just dampen a finger that way by brushing it across leaves etc.

I always have hand sanitizer with me so I often use a drop, works perfectly.
