Apparently, Sonic.ERR is basically Sonic.exe if it was a "beta version" of the classic Sonic games. That's why the designs are different (Especially Eggman's), the colors are faded, and everything is generally altered.

Also at 3:19 Tails is checking his tails and notices that they're missing (Probably ripped off by Sonic) which is why he took so long to move.
Also at 3:29 that's "Rosy the Rascal" (Classic Amy Rose) strapped to the tree.
Also at 9:00 that's "Madonna", Sonic's "planned" human girlfriend before Amy Rose. A scrapped concept.
