Over the next 10 swim lessons, you’re going to learn how to swim smarter and maximize your efficiency in the water.
Hi there! I’m Fares Ksebati. I’m a swim coach, former collegiate swimmer, triathlete, and entrepreneur. I’ve condensed over 5 years of swim coaching experience into an 11-day, practical online video guide to mastering swimming freestyle (front-crawl). This series will equip and empower you to achieve your goals and boost your confidence in the water.
Whether you're an elite triathlete or a novice fitness swimmer, every swimmer will benefit from the instructional video content provided in this series. Swim workouts should last between 20-30 minutes per session and the goal is optimizing efficiency.
