161/110 reading when I took my reading . Pharmacy didn't deliver meds, I was desperate at 5 am, have tried others but no real success, had a killer headache that woke me up, , my glasses had broken so only 1 arm glasses but I did and followed steps on first round 148/99 did second round my headache went away, I dropped my glasses but I could actually see the screen 138/91..wow, techniques..I have tried other YT sites, but his simple explanation, the timer and the calming background music wow...going for 3rd round..be back 138/89...3rd try...I can at least buy me some peace of mind with those readings, ..Thank you Dimitri, I've subscribed and will go thru all your channels regarding HBP, right now 128/89 amazing ..You possibly saved me from a stroke or hear attack..

Last night my BP went up. I don’t know what triggered it. I tried two or three videos of pressure point therapy. Your is the one that worked! It calmed me enough to finally get to sleep. Thank you! You are my go to video from now on.

Thankyou for this. It's very effective. While doing it along with the video, I relaxed and yawned a few times, and after all the points, noticed significant diastolic pressure reduction, though systolic also reduced. Are these to be pressed in hands and feet shown only, or both!
