I got to be Joe Lynn Turner's beer buddy at a festival back in 2009 or so. I had been working a vendor tent, so I had my bracelet. I shut down the tent and caught the last few minutes of his show before Blue Oyster Cult, then Alice Cooper did theirs.
Joe Lynn got denied when he went to get a beer, so he sat next to me and my wife and I spent the next two hours hustling beer for him. Got to hang out with a semi-star and got a lot of "free" beer.

You don't give service to anyone without id.
It doesn't matter who you are or how old. Their job is dependant on them following the rules laid out to them when hired.
It still amazes me, how many people can't understand that very simple fact...
