I totally agree with her a hundred percent. I am from the Philippines i graduated on 2011 took the nclex this year just recently Oct 28, 2023, like its a 12 years gap and I passed the first time. i thought I would study again because of the knowledge gap but all I did, was binged watch videos of simple nursing and listened to mark klemik 12 part lecture and then I Practice answering qbank questions on archer. I have a low score at first like 40 percent but still continue to answer then i was getting better and confident .its a matter of endurance in answering questions. If you are reading this, trust in yourself you'll pass. If i can do it, you can do it too. I hope and pray you will pass. Much love

She is correct, when I was reviewing for the NCLEx as soon as I wake up I grab my practice questions and answer 100 items . The rest of the day I take breaks and just take another 100 items, then review quickly the wrong answers I had . Everyday that’s what I did . So when the actually exam day you don’t get really very very nervous just slight maybe cos you also need some pressure and Adrenalin and it works . Good luck to all the future RNs you can do it .

You are absolutely correct took me a minute to understand and notice that sis. However the NCLEX questions are the same, just re-worded for different meanings/answers of the same subject. So what I understood is that know the answer front to back side to side. Attempt to feel that every question is out to trick you so be the investigator first. Think of it as answer scrabbles instead of word scrabble. I had to figure this out on my own, with no help. It's tough when you look for answers from ppl rather than asking God to open up the window for you to see and understand, then you can take off. I hope this message hits someone differently to understand what I mean. "Think of how many ways you can ask a question directly and indirectly while meaning the same thing all in the same mouth of words." What do you know about what's being asked before you answer, write it down, slow down, and take your 6hr time. I have a new attitude about this "YES WE ALL CAN AND WILL!"

She is absolutely correct about learning how to answer questions and to close ur books. Ima add this, those nclex preps are a waste, bc that stuff is what you already know and IS NOT on the nclex! The nclex is about stuff we weren't taught! Therefore your only strategy is to learn how to take questions apart and analyze them to properly answer them. Dassit!

I took my Pn nclex and passed the first time and you nailed it. It’s all about critical thinking and strategizing. You definitely should know fundamentals overall but nursing process, abc, Maslow are very important. Understand them and you’ll be able to answer these questions. I promise

Despite being a C- student in LPN/LVN school and graduating in September 2016, I faced discouragement from 90% of people due to a perceived gap and my carefree personality. Undeterred, I, being an Aries, relished proving skeptics wrong. Balancing a 9-5 job, I immersed myself in rigorous preparation from August 2019 until two days before the LPN/LVN board exam—tackling 150 Uworld questions and NCLEX flashcards daily, complemented by YouTube videos for enhanced visual understanding. Against expectations, I passed. Now, on the brink of completing RN school in 8 weeks, I’m poised to replicate the successful approach that I know works.
