Government is the only company where servent is much richer than averageowner. Where owners is public.

Govt doesn't own these to make money. They own them so that they can provide services at a loss to people who can't afford it. Both private and public sector are required.

Government is not a company, it is there to support people.
If it will start running like a company then no one can survive.
This is why average and below average middle class is leaving India. What is the point in living in a country, where one person work 9 hours a day and still can't make his end meet.
Nationalism is not one side.
Why not stop pension of mp and mla?
Why we spend so much on vvip security?
Why no audit of party funds?

As a middle class man, we don't know which government is honest and which one is corrupt
Only thing I know, life has become real hard for us. I pay 30 % salary as tax.
What I get in return?
Not even basic facility like security of my family is not there, all has to be managed by me.

Is government is not responsible for price control, check real estate prices?
100 km of baren land and still even one small plot costs 1 cr.
Government is selling land to builder at sky rocket rate and builder is changing us at sky rocket rate.

Healthcare, education, transport should ideally always be run by public organisations and not by greedy private sector organisations.
Today in cities like Bombay education and healthcare is slowly going out of reach of the of the lower middle class.

in west bengal the govt employees are in strike for getting more money in the name of DA, these are all teachers mostly, who has no work but to go to school and do nothing, sometimes they dont even go to school.. 🤣

Just 1 thing...government does a lot.. scooping up a spoon of water and saying there is no fish in it doesnt mean whole ocean doesnt have fish

government run businesses work well in a country with a good government (ie. singapore), in large countries the best case scenarios are energy, water, education, health and rail -- but i believe its equally important that private options still be available so that the government is forced to remain competitive and provide adequate service

If everything is privatised you will get a situation like the USA. Public transport and energy should always be publicised because those arent just commodities, they are necessities .

ethihad and emirates are owned by government and they are profitable . Its all about how well you manage the operations . Having right people will make a difference. Having the bureaucrats run these PSUs is a recipe for disaster
