The analyst is talking balderdash. How does the current constitution affects performance at olympics? You will always know people have hidden agenda when they talk half truth. Before the noise was restructuring, now restructuring has started, it is now constitution. We have over 250 ethnic groups, so is it 6 regional states that would bring governance closer to the ethnis groups or 36 states. Even an idiots should know that 36 states is better in a multiplural state like Nigeria. Different ethnic groups are still clamoring for more state today.

The president should ignore all this constitutional distractions. The current constitution should be strengthened eg implement the Local Government autonomy, enforce PIB bill and sanitize the oil industry, ensure FX is sold directly to the manufacturers directly for purpose of trade and not as a commodity being traded, continue to fight corruption etc
