Sky News host Sharri Markson says the Albanese government allowing “Hamas sympathisers” into the country “beggars belief”.

“The Albanese government is literally flying Hamas sympathisers into our country at taxpayers’ expense,” Ms Markson said.

“It is lunacy, it is insanity, it is an inexplicable disregard for the safety of Australians, Germany is booting out Hamas supporters while Australia is flying them in, it is beggars belief.”

Burgess and Albanese last week, were calling for Australians to "Dob in" any friends, family, work colleagues....who might have what they consider "radical views or thoughts" about the Govt or terrorism, and yet here Burgess is giving immigrants a "free pass" if THEY have any kind of "Pro Hamas" views or thoughts that are pro terrorism"...because it has to be more than just "rhetoric not based on an ideology"? We should be looking at a net zero on immigration, Australia is full. We don't have adequate housing and the associated infrastructure for our own citizens. Quite frankly with all the turmoil that has been seen in Australia since 7 October 2023 - the protest at the Opera House, the desecration of churches, the War Memorial and scaling Parliament House and displaying pro Palestine slogans etc, do we need this calibre of potential Australian citizen? We share nothing with these people - we don't share a language, culture, religion or even a geographical border. Countries who do share these criteria do not want them and are not allowing them into their countries. Yet, we're supposed to say, "No worries, mate, come to the sunny land down under, we would love to have ya". I don't think so! People who sympathise with Hamas, a terrorist organisation, are not wanted or needed in Australia.
