The VBA literally asked me to send the form out and to prove that I did it for my tdiu claim. In fact I didn’t ask for tdiu they did! They asked me to put in for tdiu!

It has been since the end of February that I filed for TDIU. SInce Februiary, I sent a total of 30 requests to the five prior employers. These prior employers have not responded. And the VEB writes to tell me unlell those prior employers send the 4192 bach to the VBA, I will be denied because the VA requiires the form be returned. What do I do? Can your office do something? Total time to date is nearly six months.

It is 15 days, then an additional 15 days if the employer do not respond. VIII.iv.3.B.c.

Many employers are now using online third-party providers to verify employment history. They can wash their hands of responsibility.
