Good afternoon . On the K1703za model, after a month and a half of operation in stationary mode (on a table), a crack
appeared in the upper left corner of the case from the edge of the USB connector and eventually spread to the “ESC”
button. ASUS does not recognize the defect, although all the fasteners inside are intact and it is clear that when opened,
the heavy lid pulls the left corner of the entire case down. Repairs at the service center were estimated at a third of the
cost of the laptop. These are the kind of crafts ASUS has nowadays!!! Beware!
