There's a reason that he hasn't talked or disparaged them, he probably was ready to leave anyways. Him being quiet means that he got a hell of a settlement, probably like 5-10 years of salary. He would talk if he thought the situation was unfair to him, as he always does. He probably ended up getting a double edged sword on FOX, both a legal split and a payout. See he probably had a contract and probably couldn't leave right away on his own doing. So in this case he gets out of his contract AND gets a huge payout/severance. That's my best bet.
