I loved that line: you don't have to be everyone's cup of tea, to someone you're the perfect sip. <3

That fourth point really spoke to me. Spending time in someone elses galerie and forgetting that you are a masterpiece yourself... Wow, that was better than some sermons i hear.

I wanna cosign on the appearance advice and just say it applies whenever you're out in the world. For years I would disregard my appearance if I was just running out to Starbucks or the gas station or anywhere else where I convinced myself I would only pop in and out quickly. And each time I did that I avoided men like the plague because I wasn't confident in how I was looking at that time. Then I started making an effort to look good whenever I left the house, however brief, and started noticing how many opportunities I was missing before and how much more confident I was if someone did approach me.

I have definitely been working on being a better friend to myself. It is hard when I spent most of growing up years hating myself. This year I am striving to become a better me, and who knows maybe I'll make some new friends out of the experience.

Love it. I been single for 7 years and I'm tired of it but honestly I'm scared to start over. I know that's an excuse but it's true. I made it in my mind to do something different in 2017 I'm just going to put my big draws on on go.

Tiye, great job. I had no idea what a "RBF" was so I went to Urban Dictionary, "Oh, my". I'm a guy, but I love what you do.
-Thanks

You are amazing as always with your advice. You need your own talk show, seriously. Thanks from Lynne

I developed a rbf because of the creeps and perverts in the streets, it would put them off, however it stuck to me that even normal guys are afraid to approach me. I'm still working on getting rid of it, it's not easy.

How does one cure or control RBF? I guess by always trying to smile all the time? It's a concern because when I'm thinking, I furrow my brow a lot and I'm always thinking about something. When I engage with people I will smile and show myself to be friendly but when walking or standing alone, I know my face reverts to it. lol
