I know that you like the Adolph's tenderizer, but I actually prefer the McCormick Seasoned Meat Tenderizer.  I've looked at several meat tenderizers in stores, both major brands as well as store brands, and it actually has the lowest sodium content of any meat tenderizer that I've seen.  Plus, my mom loves the stuff, so that's good enough for me!

Btw, I plan on grilling a steak tonight along with some Texas Toast.  I also plan on cooking some fries in the oven.  The marinade I'm using is something I found at Piggly Wiggly called Johnny Fleeman's.  It has a lot less salt than Dale's (2-thirds less as a matter of fact) and even the Publix brand steak seasoning.  I'll let you know how it works out.

I FIND ...the Adolph's does tenderize well, however it tends to make the meat taste abit different, and salty tasting. Just my $0.02!

I, m new to this, your like nothing but a commercial, you didn't explain anything, how tenderizer works, why or how.Basically, buy this stuff, are they paying you?.You sound and seem like a nice enough and normal dude.I wanted to know how to marinate steaks.
