The sad thìng is that we consider civility now as "surprising" or "weird."

National public radio, once a corner stone of discourse in our democracy has 500k subscribers in a country of over 350 million people. It's not that people dont care about politics. It's just that hearing 4 people with the same opinion talk about how they all have the same opinion hardly makes for insightful commentary.

These people can’t even compliment Vance without immediately insulting him for something unrelated

This is not analysis. This is propaganda for the Democrat.

These people think voters are voting based on January 6th and they are painfully wrong.

NPR had a program called "the 2 way" with comments on the npr website, until 90% of comments were pro trump. Then they said it was too many man hours to moderate.

That " border bill " was 60-70 billion dollars to Ukraine, money to Israel I forget the amount, and finally the least amount somewhere around 17bil to the border. A border bill should be just the border and no other fluff

If you do t believe that the VP has a great deal with decisions, think again. He claims he is a knucklehead. If something happens to the president, he would be in power a knucklehead. This debate ruined Harris and Walz. Very 😢

Nobody votes on v.p? This debate secured my vote

If no one is voting on VP debate then why have the debate! The only reason you are saying this is because JD Vance hit the ball out of the park tonight!

Gonna be honest here, Vance crushed it. I’m an independent and was hoping Walz would be able to articulate some points without fear mongering. He couldn’t.

Walz appeared to be something of a...well, knucklehead?

It wasn't that JD Vance was cut off because he was talking too much. He was calling out CBS for breaking their own rules. A sleazy, sneaky move on their part.

Pretty much agree with Susan, nobody hurt their candidates.

Walz lied on a couple things. One was Minnesota’s abortion policy. They are one of 8 states that allows abortion without restrictions, up to the moment of birth. You can research this, and it was endorsed by Walz.

The fact that my tax dollars go to NPR because of a political trick is disgusting.

Walz bringing up the "question" of democracy should explain to us HOW Harris became their "candidate" without a democratic vote. Their fear mongering about what it is that Trump "wants to do" when he is elected is ridiculous as he was ALREADY our president from 2016 to 2020. Or do they think that we don't remember that FACT?

JVance on the “Very Fine People Podcast” 2022
