Yummy. We love Peruvian food. Eating in Central Restaurant was an awesome experience so I have no doubt that MAS should be amazing.

I love the concept of a menu organized by ecosystem and altitude! Very reasonably priced too. Honest question though: what did the dehydrated lamb heart taste like? o.o

Unless I'm wrong, a lot of Japanese migrated to Peru for whatever reason at some point in time.

180$ so 20$ per plate (if you don’t count amuse-bouche which usually doesn’t contribute to the number of courses). THAT IS NOTHING!
