It seems to runs unstable and worse like Windows ME and Windows Vista. I think that Windows 7 Home Premium is looks similarly to Windows Vista Home Basic.

Thank you very much for this fix. I was having trouble for nearly a year and was not prepared to do a clean install of Win7. Begging did not help either. But your suggested fix DID IT!
To all others who might read this, windows 7 is the fastest out of all Windows operating systems.

My pc is 15 years old. 1GB of ram - Intel Atom 1.6 ghz N270 CPU. I got 10 fps on cs 1.6 . My Anti-Virus Program says my computer does not any problems about it, then i close svchost.exe from servies.msc butm y pc is already slow and i cant sand it anymore. Im poor i cant buy new pc. I got 1 fps on de_dust2 while playing counter strike source. I got 7 fps on Minecraft 1.0 What Can i do? I think best thing is throw my pc down from my window.

Or it's Microsoft screwing your computer up so you upgrade. I'm pretty sure that's the cause.

My cpu usage in windows 7 homescreen is always between 1% and 7% xD

But when i play something it goes to 100% or 99%

Windows is doing the same thing apple does purposely slowing down old versions so you change to the latest!

I have a very badly slowed down Windows 7 Pro (2 TB SSD/32 GB RAM) with long delays in everything I do and I am about to try this in 08/2022 using WSUS 11.0 and I will report the results here later. I am at 65 %...
