I have worked in an industry that needs a fluid, consistent parts flow between all three countries and doesn't mark up the parts detrimentally as they pass through the boarders with additions to complete the manufactured products. If this isn't tri-partisan than it will hurt everyone in the end, in the complete sales in the auto industry and the truck and coach industry.
