This is a failure of the negotiating teams. Key definitions should be agreed upon and included in agreements prior to finalization. Never left to ‘differing’ interpretations.

These two countries depend exclusively on the US economically. Canada can protest but it is just showing face politically. At the end, Canada will agree to the demand of the US. Furthermore, do you think these politicians who holds both Canadian and American citizenships are really patriotic to Canada?
