2 things can elevate the PSA and maybe more. Sitting on a bike seat is one and ejaculating is another. If your psa is borderline and it gets elevated before its tested it might put into the biopsy zone. I've read 4 is a concerning level but a urologist said 2 is. I read that a digital rectal exam is a good idea but a urologist and many doctors feel a low psa is ok without a digital rectal exam. I'm 67 and my father and brother had PC. I think I've dodged that bullet. I think by age 70 the window is over.
