Clean your supercharger belt in less than 5 minutes! *sketchy*

Please note: I'm showing you a sketchy way to clean the belt with the engine running. This probably isn't safe and you could injure yourself.

The safe way to do this is with the engine off and doing a section at a time. The end result will be the same except you'll still have all of your appendages.

My Cadillac CTS-V has a Gates Micro-V "Green" drive belt on the supercharger. It works well, but tends to get dirty with normal driving. In this video I show you how to easily clean your supercharger belt in under 5 minutes with some Stoner's Tar and Sap Remover and a microfiber cloth.

You'll save money and it will look like brand new!

Just tried this on my truck the other day. Not supercharged unfortunately but it def. works! Thanks for the video. PS: I have tried wtvr I had around the garage.. stoners glass cleaner and simple green with no success.

Ballsy! Love it from a fellow caddy owner lol. Maybe wrap the towel around a handle? The heat just ended your mixro fiber towel but good trade. Did it make a difference on performance? And grip change after removing the crud?
