Handful of garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp green chili
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped tomato
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp salt
Handful of coriander leaves

🔶 Roast the eggplant on a direct flame.
🔶 Wait for it to cool down to peel it off easily.
