Alright, you just had your first baby and are home from the hospital with no nurses, what do you do??? While your natural instincts are definitely going to kick in, there may be some things you don't know so I hope this video helps!

My aunt told me I could bite my newborn’s nails.. she’s a bit of a nut (I love her so much lol) but I tried it and it worked really well. I’m still taking prenatals and I think that’s why his nails grow so fast. We both get nervous about the clippers so I ditched them altogether.. mommy manicure it is for now 😂

I still use that nasal aspirator on my 3.5 year old! (Aaaaand I may have used it on myself, too!!)

These things made me crazy at first and made my PPD worse. Don’t worry about the fingernails. They have them in the womb too. Nurses are happy to clip them before you leave if you ask. With the tracking diapers. I just did that while in the hospital and afterwards just made sure she was going. Some of these are great! But some are part of the anxiety evoking stigma around being a new parent. Do what you feel and don’t add more craziness than needed☺️ also, they have great apps if you just want to log info and not keep track of things yourself(:

What kind of pacifier do you recommend using, this will definitely be useful for my nephew and I can help other people I know who are having babies, so watching your videos have definitely helped me so I can help others.

They do have a alcohol gripe water, I’m not sure as most people I know use the alcohol free and it works just fine! Just in case someone needs to know!
