Such a tragedy but this lady drove a vehicle with no license. The family are inconsolable which is only natural to have a relative taken from them so suddenly. The driver of the vehicle should be in prison for what she has done. Justice won’t bring the child back but at least the guilty party will get punished. Much love and respect from UK
