Hey, so I had the cast removed. This is about day 9 roughly. I think this is day 9 and I had the cast removed. You can see that all this, well a lot of the swelling has gone down in general. And there is bruising, there is a lot of dark bruising around here, but I have covered it with makeup. I have put makeup over. Quite a lot of make up over, because it was quite dark. The bruising is still is quite bad, but I am hiding it at the moment. The swelling does take about roughly 12 weeks to fully completely, it could take up to 12 weeks to completely disappear, but most of it is gone. There is still swelling round the tip which you can't tell, but eventually when all the swelling is gone you will be able to see the complete shape of how it is should look. This is what he'd done. He had put an implant here, just along; just to raise it up a bit because before it was quite flat, this bit was. So he has put it out a bit, and then he's then brought in the nostrils slightly, because they were slightly flared earlier, before. I do like it in general. I do like the shape a lot, because it gives me a nicer profile I think. I am quite happy with the work in general. I am happy with the results, even though you can't tell because the swelling does kind of, it does affect things. There is still some, it's still sore obviously like if you knock it you can't, you just have to be very careful, it's still sore all down here and the tip. The tip is a little bit numb. When he took the, he also took the stitches out by the way, most of them, the rest are dissolvable. But he cleaned out all the dry blood, and suctioned it out. And then also injected some anti-inflammatory medication into the tip of the nose. That should help with the swelling around here. So, when that eventually all goes down, you will see the shape better. I do like the way it kind of, I just like the way it is kind of shaped. I like it, I am happy with that. Yeah, so I can go out now, because obviously I am not as swollen as before. So, I mean that was only literally a week, a week and things are kind of back to normal. And no one can tell you've had anything done. As long as you hide the bruising with the makeup, everything should be quite fine. What else can I say? I don't really have much to say at this point. I do have another consultation to meet him in about, I think its 4 weeks time. Is it 4 weeks, 4 weeks roughly. By then a lot of everything should be kind of normal again. I am happy with the results I must say. From the front you can see that there is more of a bridge here. Slightly you can see that's, you know I am just happy with it. UK plastic surgeons are so lost when it comes to ethnic rhinoplasty. They think one size fits all and they don't seem to adapt to fit or consider that not all ethnicities suit one kinda nose. I would be so upset if I got me them Jackson nostrils like damn tho.

This looks awful. He gave her a Michael Jackson nose. He did European Rhinoplasty on her...She is African and that is not an African Nose.

The bridge of the nose looks perfect although I have heard that it is better to use rib cartilage instead of an implant because it works out better long term. The bridge is amazing but the nostril does not look good, it looks like Michael Jackson. I know it is being eight years and I really hope that he has improved doing the nostril area because the bridge and tip look perfect. Personally, I would want a much higher bridge so that it stands out a little bit more but that's just me.

If she is happy that is the most important..I talking by experience because I had my nose done and everyone thinks looks good and I don't like it !!!!😓
